Replacement Remote Control

Hi there,

 

Can anyone help me with how I go about getting a replacement remote control please, mine has been damaged? Had the box since Aug 2020 so it's a few years old.

 

Photos of box/ remote attached!

They don't any longer have a stock of remote controls.

 

Please start a new topic, @Chris7651 as this is another customer's old thread. 

 

Return to the message board and click on start a topic. 

 

Make sure that your community forum profile is completed too (via your avatar; settings; drop down menu; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.)

 

Staff will respond after the weekend to your new post, and probably send a new box.
