My box is in a maintenance mode reset loop where it keeps failing to start after issues with playing recorded videos started happening forcing me to reset.

Hi
if the maintenance reset does not resolve, only option is to try the full factory reset and retest. If that fails, then the box has started to fail.

When playing videos recorded from TV there was an issue where it played and did not respond to remote like forward or stop etc

If you are doing a maintenance reset, lose recordings, then I'm afraid your box has reached then end of its life
These boxes are no longer available and can't be replaced
If you wish to discuss obtaining a new box you will need to contact customer services, and this may entail your recontracting.
