Hello,

My Huawei TV box has stopped working. 

I am housebound and rely so much on this.

Please can you replace asap.

Hi

 

TalkTalk no longer provide those older youview boxes and have not issued these for a couple of years now.

 

We do have a new 4K TV box however you would need to have TalkTalk entertainment added to your package at £5 per month for the box rental, and also renew your current contract.

 

If the new TV box is something you are interested in, give our customer Teams a call and renew the contract and this can be added for you.
