TV GUIDE NOT WORKING - error message YVM102

Suddenly I can no longer access my NOW channels via my Talktalk TV Box via the TV GUIDE facility.
I have tried restarting the Router with no effect and have checked all connections which seem OK.
Any further help would be much appreciated - the error code shown is YVM102 which I am unable to find in the current answers.

No sure what you mean by the guide facility as Now channels are not within the Box guide, or do you mean the guide within Now?
Are you managing to get into the Now App?
Which box do you have so we can give you tailored advice?
