No you don't, but ITVX is no longer supported on a number of older devices. If you want further advice, please start your own topic.

If you give our teams a call on 0345 172 0088 you can request a new TV Hub that will receive ITVX

If you want a box from TalkTalk, yes you will need to phone and recontract with them, but there are other alternatives.
