Hi

 

I have an older TalkTalk TV box and it’s so painfully slow and glitchy. I’ve been subscribed to TalkTalk since the Tiscali days and use full fibre, TV and phone services. Can I get a free upgrade to the TV box for one of the new Hubs?

Yes I could do that. Alternatively I can switch to a provider that can support hardware and a service that I pay for!

Hi

 

The older youview boxes cannot be repaired or replaced. You may be able to acquire a box from an online retail source.

Thanks Karl. I will try to call them but I really just want to know the options available to fix the issue of my TVBox and I don’t want to be paying any more.

Hi SteveElmo,

 

You can give our customer teams a call and request a New 4K TV box. You will need to add TalkTalk entertainment to your package at £5 per month, and if out of contract, this would need to be renewed.

 

If this is something you are interested in, give our customer teams a call and see what current offers they have.
