I was persuaded to update my contract las month for both TV and broadband, only to find that I was missold as TV is not available when you use fibre. Has anyone else had this problem?

TV services are not available currently for CityFibre customers but are available for all other packages.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

TV services are available whatever the package.
Why do you think TV is not available?
