Hi
Does my Talktalk TV plus box need to be changed to receive ITVX? Also there seems to be quite a lot of 'pixelating' on recording lately.

This box is no longer supported I am afraid. You could talk to TalkTalk Loyalty to see if any of their replacement boxes meet your needs.
