Was this check via the TalkTalk website? Very strange. Have you checked the Freeview site for coverage?

If you are sure you want to rent a box then your best option if the website says no, is to phone.

Try phoning 0345 172 0088

Opening Hours can be found here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/How-to-contact-TalkTalk-Broadband/ta-p/2230529#

Other alternatives if can't get a box from TalkTalk are to purchase your own box. If you want one that records you could look at the BT (EE) pro box from secondary retailers like CeX or the new Manhatten Box.

Or if you are after just  the apps as your TV gets Freeview, something like an Amazon Firestick might suit.

Well, I am a wee bit puzzled as to how Freeview works on your TV without a signal? Unless you are not using terrestrial channels via an aerial and rely on Internet channels alone? All TVs are Freeview capable.
