Talktalk box not recording

Huawei talktalk box not recording tv programmes and not able to watch previous recordings.

Hi

OK, the only option left is to try the full factory reset.  This will erase the hard drive and set it back up.

If this fails, then nothing more can be done.  TalkTalk stopped providing these boxes over 3 years ago, so they cannot be repaired or replaced.
