Transferring downloads from Mytv to new box

Anyone had to replace their  old box with a new one and we’re able to transfer recorded programs from old box to new

fr8ys is correct, content cannot be transferred between boxes.

It's not possible to transfer programmes due to licensing restrictions and copyright issues 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
