My TV hub has been working fine for months but all of a sudden it has started taking between 5 and 7 minutes to connect to the TV. You can see the screen flicker like its cycling through and trying to connect but it just keeps doing it until eventually it catches. I contacted TT on chat twice and they had me unplu and re plug the box which worked for half an hour then it returned to the same issue. Also they had me do a factory reset which again worked for a short time but the problem still persists. No cabling or other set up has changed and I have checked the router signal and thats fine. I think the box may be failing.
Please can anyone help

Hi
The full android reset is as follows :
Unplug the power cable and HDMI cable and hold down front panel button.
Now plug back in the power cable and HDMI cable whilst still holding the front panel button down.
Once the Android recovery screen appears you can release the button and complete a factory reset and software upgrades.
