Tv hub not designed to record tv

I wasn’t told that I would lose the recording tv feature when I upgraded from my 4K tv box to their Tv HUB. I used to record whole soap series and could whizz past the adverts . Talktalk need to make customers aware you lose the recording feature with the HUB which is basically has the same features as any good smart tv like my Sony Bravia

@Simtech, remember to get the £5 charge removed from your billing if you don't want to use Talktalk's TV services, and return the TV hub if it's no use to you.

Once equipment is returned it goes to a central recycling centre so it's lost and highly unlikely it could be returned.

Can I ask Talk talk for my 4K tv box back as I’ve now returned it in their bag as requested lol

I understand how important the recording feature is for your viewing experience, especially when it comes to enjoying your favorite shows without interruptions. Unfortunately, the TV HUB does not support this feature, and I completely acknowledge that this should have been communicated more clearly at the time of your upgrade.
