Hi,

 

I've renewed my contract with talktalk with a tv package. I was told I'd be getting the new tv hub with Google voice search etc . I've been sent the same tv netgem tv box that I already have can anyone advise on this please?

Hi

 

It looks as though they have ordered a replacement Box rather than an order for a new Box.  I'll request a TV Hub for you and a returns bag for the Netgem box.
