Tv set top box not talking to tv remote or tv. Do i need an upgrade?

Hi

TalkTalk have not provided these boxes for over 3 years now, so the box itself cannot be replaced.

You could try a Youview Maintenance Reset

If you want to upgrade to our new Android TV HUB, you can give our teams a call.

You may be required to renew the contract if out of contract currently.
