Are you querying your TV not having ITVX or your YouView box supplied by talktalk?
If its the YouView box, please see the pinned post at the top of the TV forum, here.

If it's your TV, we can't give support for this, but it would be because ITV no longer support your TV and the advice regarding a Firestick would be the way to give you ITVX.
