Unable to get ITVX since ITV HUB closed.

We have a Cello tv which tells us that ITVX is not available on this device.

What can we do?

Hi

 

ITV has removed support for the older ITV HUB and replaced this with ITVX.  Some older devices and TV's will not support this.  The only option to receive ITVX is to replace or upgrade the device, whether that is a set top box or a TV.

Are you querying your TV not having ITVX or your YouView box supplied by talktalk?

 

If its the YouView box, please see the pinned post at the top of the TV forum, here.

If it's your TV, we can't give support for this, but it would be because ITV no longer support your TV and the advice regarding a Firestick would be the way to give you ITVX.
