if I connect a usb storage device with videos to my TV hub how can I see them on the TV screen

Only thing to do is to try accessing and playing them.

 

I have some files that will play through my TV hub but not on my TV.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I did look up the information on the TV hub but I could not find any refernce to video format compatability

Yes, providing they are compatible.
