I ordered the TV Hub over Christmas and today got emails welcoming mt to Talk Talk TV, but I haven't received the hub yet. How long does it take?

If possible, try resetting your email settings within your account once logged in, or look for any related options in your account settings.

Well no, the correct password gets me in using the user name. I've never had any other password.
Royal Mail have now told be the hub will be delivered tomorrow

It happens in other browsers. I get the codes, but when I enter them it says it doesn't recognise the email address, yet it's the same one that works as my user name. This has been since the website re-design. I reported it before but it was never solved.

Please clear your cookies and cache on your current browser, alternatively try signing in using a different browser or device to see if the verification process works there. Please ensure that any verification codes sent via email are not landing in your spam or junk folder. Thanks

Not regarding the hub delivery. The only issue I'm having is signing in to my TalkTalk account. The email & mobile ways don't work (where you send a code). I can only sign in using my user name & password.

No problem. I used the tracking number. Royal Mail are still awaiting the package so I guess it's still in warehouse. If it goes today I might just get it tomorrow. Thanks for your help

No problem! 🙂 This might be because the TV's status was marked as fulfillment requested, which means the equipment hadn’t left the warehouse at that time. That’s why we didn’t have a tracking number. I apologize for any confusion.

Given it's been the holidays - Monday 29th counts as the first working day - it could be a week or longer, @SimonEaling.
Staff may be able to provide you with a tracking number. They are only on here daytime, Monday to Friday and not Bank Holidays.
