I had a new You View box in February, in the last two weeks my picture has gone darker and I lose BBC 1&2 most mornings. I keep rebooting both box and router until they return, today I cannot get channels 1 to 10 even after numerous reboots. Everything is satisfactory on normal TV.

If this fails to resolve then I can swap out the box for another.

Is this the TV Hub?
Try a factory reset from the settings menu to see if this helps.
You will need to sign into the Apps again.
Please let us know if this helps restore your box.
