When recording tv the playback is pixilated so that watching is impossible. Do I need a new talk talk box and how do i get one?
watching live is perfect.

If you have the older youview box, you can try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).
TalkTalk no longer provide a recordable TV Box and if a legacy box has failed, it cannot be repaired or replaced.

Hi @ianhef I guess you have checked your connections to the router and then rebooted both the TV box and the router?
