netflix support ending in November

hi all , ive just received an email saying that netflix will no longer work on my standard talk talk tv box , it looks like i need a new box , possibly one called a tv hub ? im wondering if this is going to cost me to just replace the box or will i have to get a whole new package and more extra costs ,  i only just want to watch netflix on my old box , i hate this .  what do your advise /know about this , whats the best solution ? thanks .

Speak to them. It's usually £5 monthly rental instead of the TV charge, but they may discount it, @kennyboy22.

how much does it cost to change from old standard box to new box for netflix ?

You will need to call in to discuss a change of box as it is an aspect of your contract. 

 

However, the decision was from Netflix, not from Talktalk, re which boxes would continue to work with Netflix. 

 

Call 03451 720088, Monday to Saturday, after 9am. Closes 7pm weekdays, 6pm Saturday.
