when trying to access itvx it is asking me for a pin, i have never been given or asked for one

Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"

You get the code from the hub box once you open ITVX, which you them enter into the ITV website.

Which box are you using.

 

ITVX requires you to sign in. You need to create an account on the ITV website and then link the accounts.
