• Trying to sign into Itvx on my new tv hub box  and keeps asking me for a pin . Didn’t do that on old box. Where can I get PIN number

When setting up the TV Hub, if you left parental controls active then the box may at times ask for a pin code.

The default pin code is usually 1234 and for the older boxes it was 0000

I have a new ITV hub and ITVX is asking me for a PIN. I cannot find where to reset it as I never had one previously.  If it's to turn off parental control, how do I do that?

ITVX should not ask for a pin when using it, unless you have a parental pin set across the box in general, however when first setting up ITVX it may ask you to activate the app by entering a code on the website via a browser or your phone browser.
