setting up latest talktalk box with alexa

I have just set up talktalk tv I am trying to set up to use it with Alexa. The existing instructions dont work. Spoke to help centre who say it is a new box and they don't have instructions yet. Amazon also have the same 'old' instructions.

 

Can anyone help with this?
