On Friday the 20th of Oct, I added TalkTalk TV to my Fibre 900 connection with the help of your loyalties team..
I also added Sky Sport.
With the package the TalkTalk TV Hub was to be included.
How long does it take for TalkTalk to send me out the TV Hub?

I contacted the fibre team as suggested, and after a bit of a wait on the phone, the fibre team have arranged to send me out the TV Hub.
Delivery within 3 to 5 days.
They have no idea why the original order didn't send out the TV Hub as promised, or if it got lost somewhere.
Anyway I'll post back and let you know if I receive the TV Hub.

Hi
Any TV order is usually dispatched when the fibre is live. If you have gone live and not received the TV Box, give our full fibre Team a call or chat and they can look into the order or re-place the order for you.
