for the second time in 4 months my tv has stopped recording and will not playback already recorded items. The first time, 4 months ago, I did a factory reset and it cured the problem this time a factory reset has not cured the problem. Also it seems that since starting a new contract we are getting multiple internet and broadband brief disruptions.
As a very long standing customer it seems the service is at an all time low.
Please advise a solution

If the full factory reset has not resolved this, the box may be reaching end of life.
TalkTalk stopped providing these boxes 3 years ago, so this cannot be repaired or replaced.
You may be eligible for one of the new Streaming 4K TV boxes, or TV Hub.
