Using 4k box to view More4 shows a green part circle freezes

Watching catch-ups on More4 a green part circle after a minute or so freezes the advert meaning come out of the program then start again take  the power plug out wait then reinsert program starts but it can happen later on again

Can I just confirm, you have reset the box by pressing the button on the side 5 times ?

I have tried over the last week to do various resets taking the power of the 4K box then the factory reset all to no avail.Would it be possible to have another 4k box to try and see if that will make watching More 4 a pleasure to watch

Hi @Geordyboy1 

 

Have you powered off the box at the mains for 5 minutes, then retested ?

 

If this fails, try a factory reset of the box as this will reset the apps, and see if this helps.

 

I've tested the More4 app from the TV Hub here and it is working correctly and loading program content.

Thanks Michelle for coming back so quick, it’s only on M4 that the green circle appearing. I don’t have another device to try it on we are not into more devices no smart phones 

Juxt checked other stations and the green circle is only on M4 so I don’t know it about, your help would be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear this. Is it just the More4 player experiencing this issue? Do other players work ok? If you watch More4 on a different devices does the same thing happen or only on the TV box?
