Hello,
When I agreed to stay with TalkTalk when my contract ended I was promised a £100 Amazon voucher within 90 days. This was on the 11th/11th 2024 and I'm yet to receive my voucher, could someone please look into this for me?

Sorry there is still a delay with vouchers.
FYI Promotional offers do not form any part of your contract which is to provide the core service of Broadband/line rental/phone.
If you are unhappy and do want to leave you will need to speak to the loyalty team (03451720088 ), but charges will be valid.

I spoke with Talk Talk on the phone last week and I just feel like I'm being fobbed off now. I haven't received any reassurance about when the voucher will arrive which leads to believe it was a promise they never intended to keep. Would this be considered breach of contract and allow me to leave Talk Talk without incurring financial penalties?
