Hi I supposed to receive £100 voucher after choosing to move from BT to TalkTalk unfortunately I haven't received anything so far. Can anyone check that for me please.

Thank you, I have added my account number to custom.profile.phone_number and Private notes as well.

@jankes124, you can put in your account number instead of your landline number OR, at the end of Personal Information, find Private Notes and put it in there. SAVE CHANGES.

Hi, can't find "Account number" in my profile I don't know where to change it. I can send you all relevant information's including screenshots of last bill etc. via private message if you want.
