Was in the process of leaving to go to Vodafone. Got a phone call and was offered a contract match with a £50 gift card, refused that. Phone operator went up to a £100 gift card so I agreed. Since agreeing my new contract has started but I have never had any email confirming I'm getting the £100 gift card. I just need someone to check my account and make sure I am fully signed up with the correct email to receive the giftcard. When the phone operator was confirming the email address for the gift card he was firing back at me each letter in phonetic alphabet speak which was pretty baffling.
Would be nice to have an update on delivery of gift card if possible aswell.
