Hi
I still haven't received my £25 voucher after my upgrade to Full Fibre. It was installed on 23/02 24, so I have waited double the stated 45 days and still no email. I too have contacted giftcloud support as directed in the installation email, all I have received is an auto reply to say they are busy, so it may take longer to answer my query.
I would be grateful if someone at TalkTalk could escalate this for me.
