£50 Voucher not received yet.

On 31 August I renewed my contract by telephone . The person I dealt with was called Alesha. As part of the renewal agreement I was awarded a £50 Voucher ( Amazon, I believe) to be received by email within 30 days. No voucher has been received and I would be grateful if you would look into the matter for me.

 

Should you need to consult your telephone recordings, my conversation with Alesha ended at approximately 11:50 am on 31 August 2023.

 

My personal details have been checked and updated as appropriate.

It's not usually within 30 days as you need to be past the 30 Day Great Connection Guarantee @kenwalker or at least past a cooling off period. 

 

Usually at least 42 days. Tracking cookies may have been cleared, but this can be chased up by staff.
