Hi, I've just noticed I was charged £65 in March when an engineer replaced my master socket as it had failed leaving me without any internet for a couple of days. I was under the impression that the master socket was not my property and would be replaced free of charge if faulty? There was no physical damage to the socket, it had failed internally.
Also when I was asked to try a filter in the test socket that didn't work either so presumably the fault wasn't in the faceplate but somewhere behind it.
