[Thanks for the feedback. I shall think long and hard about this.]
I note that I can't do it from the boost dashboard, which is disappointing.
Thank you.

Im confused by the subject of your post, do you want me to ignore the request, or remove the boost?

As @Shedload1 says, think carefully before you remove the boost (you can ask Chat or phone 03451 720088 to get it removed, @michaelarran).
Calls without it to ordinary landlines are @ 24p per minute, so you don't even get 5 minutes for £1.00. Remember that they round up the last minute so even if you use 5 seconds it's 24p.
You're not going to get much over half an hour of calls per month for the equivalent of the boost on offer at half price (£8.00). Full price £16.00. The boost is very good value and only worth removing if you have good enough quality on a mobile to ring out from instead; cheap enough mobile calls; only ring out from your landline when you know it's a free number.

Phone costs can quickly stack up ensure you really don't need the call boost.
I made an expensive mistake cancelling ours !
