My broadband package included an £85 voucher . My broadband went Iive on the 4th May but as yet I have not received my voucher. Please can you look into this for me ?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @Sarah481, so that staff can identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Staff reply Monday to Friday, during the day. Your thread is in the queue for attention.
I'll move it to the billing section, as this is not a problem with the service itself, more a contract issue.
