I left talk talk 2 weeks ago.
My over payment of line rental was credited within a week but I haven't had the final bill with the early termination fee on.
How long after leaving should this be produced please?
I assumed it would have been done by now, so am I right in thinking that's it's just on the next bill cycle?

Let's wait for Arne to reply, after the weekend now, @talkashtalk.
If they want it back, they usually mention 42 days from the date of the email.

I wish live chat were able to give me that info when I asked them because they had no clue🤦♂️.
They didn't even fobbing me off with just saying the next Bill date.
I haven't had any equipment return requests yet....are they normally sent with the final bill?

The account shows that the final bill will be generated on the 1st June.

Expect the billing cycle to roll on until you receive one for £0.00, @talkashtalk.
Only then is it OK to stop the Direct Debit etc.
Keep a record of posting back any equipment they require.
