(Apologies - was unaware I need to start a new post for an issue identical to that being experienced by others)
I cannot load my most recent invoice by clicking through on 'View latest bill' on the summary page nor by accessing via the 'Previous Bills' page (or any past bills, come to that).
I'd be grateful if you get the link(s) working again.
I presume you can ID me from this post as my TT phone no. is in my profile. If you can't access from this, please contact.

I picked up on the advice given to @Jenny191 by OCE_Arne about trying to access using a different browser. It works (via Bing, in this case) and can now click through to the .pdfs of bills. Firefox, my preferred browser, seems to have brought in a glitch in its December(?) update that disabled / blocked access to the .pdfs. Prior to this, access has been no problem.
