Vouchers can take upto 30 days from the date of the renewal, which was the 4th to be issued.

@febony14, your account number and email address have been removed for security reasons.
You should never display personal information on the open forum as it's a gift to scammers etc.
You need to complete your community forum profile details, via your avatar, settings etc.
I will move this thread to the billing section for you. However, vouchers take several weeks, not just days, to materialise.
