Hi
I have recently renewed my contract over the phone, and the customer service has agreed gift voucher will be sent after 3 months. However, the gift voucher was not mentioned in the new contract and there was no extra email confirmation about this.
Could anyone help about this?

As the offer is promotional it isn't mentioned in confirmation emails, but there are notes on your account confirming that a £80 giftcard will be sent look out for an email from Giftcloud in around 60 days.

@Libasaurus, each case is dealt with in a separate thread, to avoid confusion between accounts etc.
