Good day,  last few day, I spoke with your customer service at the end of the conversation, I was promise that you will send me a voucher of £40 . I am still yet to receive the voucher as promise, I am writing this email to follow up. Please I need the update when this will be dine. Thanks

Vouchers can take upto 30 days from the date of the renewal, which was the 4th to be issued.

@febony14, your account number and email address have been removed for security reasons.

 

You should never display personal information on the open forum as it's a gift to scammers etc.

 

You need to complete your community forum profile details, via your avatar, settings etc.

 

I will move this thread to the billing section for you. However, vouchers take several weeks, not just days, to materialise.
