I took out a Fibre 65, and I was expecting an Amazon voucher to be received today. However, when I checked, it said my order hadn't been registered.

Hi,
I signed up direct through TalkTalk and the voucher was for a £50 gift card.
I've attached a screenshot of emails regarding the voucher

90 days since my service went live was 27/10/24 and I've added the credentials you asked for.

Please never post personal information in the public thread. Your Talktalk phone number / account number should be in Personal Information and any extra information goes in Private Notes, at the end of that section.
You reach it via your avatar, settings, drop down menu.....scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
