Agreed refunds

I have an agreed refund with talk talk of 2 months bill and an early termination fee but have jus received my first bill and there's no mention of the refunds? How do I get the refunds added to my account?

There was a credit on the account on the 26th, it should show on your bill. 

Who did you agree this with?

When you mention early termination fee are you leaving us?

I don't quite understand how you have two months' bill credit when you have only just received your first bill?
