You sent me an email saying I still own money and already paid it with my credit card but you said you will take it out by direct debit on 17th I think which you don't need to

We wont take the Direct Debit as the balance is zero, be aware that direct debits are requested 3 days before the payment date, as you paid 1 day before the extraction date the email will have crossed.
