Amazon Echo & Smart Plug code not working

I have now been trying for over a week with the code ive recieved to claim my amazon echo 4th gen and smart plug.

 

But it still says promotional code invalid!!! 

 

Ive used all the tipa on here. Ensure its amazon seller, tried to deliver to amazon locker etc but nothing works

 

I feel dissapointed to be fair becauae i dont get why its so difficult and no one can give me a reason why.

 

This incentive was part the reason i joined talk talk and now i feel even more frustrated than anything

 

Can anyone help me?

Hi jo, yes as previous the code i got just wouldnt work and i thought a new one was being generated for me

Hello again talk talk

 

So i was told to rest assured i wasnt being ignored. Yet i have had ZERO contact about this.

 

My codes do not work and i still cant claim this offer

 

Can someone please help me as fix this asap

So ive still not heard a thing and thats been 2 weeks!

 

Im really dissapointed now and its ashame talk talk are just ignoring customers

 

Does this mean since talktalk havent help up their agreement in the same way i have then i can cancel without penalty? 

 

Please resolved this ASAP
