Hi,

I switched my broadband package recently and thought the offer stated that I could make the choice between the Amazon Echo Dot and Amazon Smart Plug or Ring Indoor Cam. I received the code for the Echo Dot and Smart Plug without having been given a choice and instead, I’d like the Ring Indoor Cam.

Is it possible to swap this?

The package does have a effect on what product can be chosen, but your account shows that the echo dot was chosen, on 10th September so thats the code has been auto sent to you.

The code is usually sent based on the package taken, its not possible to swap unfortunately.
