I received my new 18 month contract by email on 4th September but no mention of the £130 amazon gift voucher I was promised by retentions. I spoke to a complaints manager last week who assured me this was documented on my account and I would receive confirmation of it by email when I got my new contract, although I wouldn't be able to use it for 3 months. There's no mention of it in the new contract. This was to match a competitors deal I had started to switch to.

There are notes stating the voucher is part of the renewal.

Vouchers can take 30 days to be sent after renewal. If you haven't received an email by the 5th October then we can chase this up for you.
