To Whom It May concern,
I have seen change on the amount that you normally collect from £ 37.93 to £ 50.43 without announcing and I do not know the purpose.
It is better to also know that I do not use your service in full as I am always out from Monday to Friday and from 8 am to 7 pm but if this kind of behaviours continue, I will cancel my membership.
It would be great if you could refund my extra money that you have taken from my account.

The extra charge which is shown on your bill is a rejected payment admin fee from last month.
Your bill is fully itemized in My Account.

I suspect you may have reached the end of a discount, is this not clear from My Account and bills? You should have received an email notification in advance of any changes.
