I've tried on multiple occasions since i became a customer to access my bills and after more than 2 years as a customer I still can't see my bills. Every other company I pay there's no problem downloading bills - I have elec and gas bills going back over 10 years with multiple providers - but my bills are NEVER accessible with TalkTalk!
Does anyone else know how to get to see/download bills?
It's really not good enough that TalkTalk haven't sorted out this issue.
