This is usually a browser issue, the usual steps are:
Clear cache/ on the device you are using
Disable pop-up/ad blockers
Use a different device (pc/laptop etc)

It sometimes helps resolve this if you disable any ad blockers and allow pop ups, @Ymmot1234.
Also try an alternative browser.
I'll move this to the billing section for you. Staff are not back before Monday, however.
